There are many great bakery in Tokyo. I respect the bakeries that are managed by Japanese brilliant owners. But I also respect foreign bakeries. I can’ t estimate which style is better, but I like Gontran Cherrier. Recently, this great shop increases their branches in Japan. First shop opened in Shibuya, I think it’s very nice opportunity for them in order to accelerate their business, because there are many great bakery so far.
One of my favorite is black bread and, Mont Blanc. I met the new Mont Blanc which had in cream of Kiku flower syrup flavor. It’s limited flavor, and I loved that!
